Here’s the big picture: Each workout consists of 10 exercise stations, the kids rotate from station to station every 60 seconds for 10 minutes straight.

30 Printable Exercise Posters

We’ve selected 30 exercises specifically designed for youth athletes.

Each exercise has a companion printable poster for you to post for the kids to reference.

There is an illustration of the exercise, along with a full written description and modification suggestions to make it easier or more challenging.

That means that kids can quickly glance at the poster and know exactly what they are supposed to be doing at any given station. (no standing around!)

Each workout is comprised of 10 exercises.

We’ve had athletic trainers create specific workouts focused on 6 unique areas:

Conditioning Made Easy:

Select a workout that corresponds to your desired area of emphasis (Cardio, Speed Training, Core, Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body).

Print out the 10 exercise posters that correspond to the workout you selected.  The posters print right from your home or office printer onto standard 8.5 X 11 inch paper.

Post the exercise around your space (gym or field) to make 10 separate "Conditioning Stations".

If using with a team, divide your team up so that athletes are spread out along all 10 stations.

If you are working with only 1 athlete, simply have them start at the first exercise and work their way through the exercises in order.

Go around and give a quick demonstration of each exercise.

Explain that the athletes are going to be at each exercise station for exactly 1 minute each, and are required to hustle to the next station each time your whistle is blown.

On your whistle, the Conditioning Workout begins. Have a stopwatch handy and blow your whistle every minute to indicate when athletes move to next station.

After 10 minutes, you are DONE!
