Each challenge includes 30 short fitness tasks grouped around a single theme. All designed to inspire and motivate your kids, and help them make time for daily exercise!
Print as many copies as you need for your school, organization or family.
Perfect for PE professionals, coaches, classroom teachers, parents, after-school coordinators, or anyone who works with kids.
Hand out a copy of the challenge to each student and have them complete one task per day for an entire month.
Re-energize your students by completing 1 exercise task between subjects or before lunchtime.
Hand out a daily challenge to complete during Christmas Break, Spring Break or Summer Vacation.
Classrooms compete against each other to see how many students can complete the exercise tasks on a daily basis
Create an entire PE lesson by choosing 10-15 exercise tasks. Spend 3-5 minutes on each task to fill an hour-long class!
Post the 12 Challenge Sheets around your classroom or gym. Split your class into small groups and have them rotate from challenge to challenge for 2-3 minutes at a time.
