At American Coaching Academy, we’re committed to making your experience as smooth and supportive as possible. Please review our policy below for digital and physical products.

Physical Products

All physical products (card decks, posters, stickers etc) ship by USPS and take 5-7 business days to arrive. Currently, we only ship physical products inside the United States

All physical product sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a free replacement.

To request a replacement for a damaged item, email support@americancoachingacademy.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product

We’ll take care of the rest and ship your replacement at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Digital products are available immediately after purchase inside our members area. Your login information will be sent to the email address used during purchase.

We proudly offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all digital purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your printable resource for any reason, just contact us within 60 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
