Members Area

How do I access the products I've purchased in the past?

Step 1:  Click here to access the ACA Members Area.

Step 2: You will be asked to enter the email address and password you received when making this purchase.  Enter this information and click the "Log In" button.  

Step 3: If you do not know your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link and your password will be emailed to the address you used to make the purchase.

(Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from “American Coaching Academy”)

Step 4: You will be directed to the Member Homepage, where you will then be able to see all of your past purchases.  Access each product by clicking the "VIEW" button or product icon.

How do I change the payment method for my subscription?

Contact Customer Support and they will take you through the steps to change your subscription payment method.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

PE Power Pack

How do I access my PE Power Pack downloads?

New PE Power Packs are released to all members on the 15th of every month. You will receive an email notification (containing your account login information) when the new resources are available in the members area.  

Click on the "PE Power Pack" product and simply download your PDF's! 

Help! I can't find the PE Power Pack emails!

Sometimes, our emails are accidentally sent into your spam or promotions folder. Please search all your folders for "PE Power Pack."

We also recommend adding support@americancoachingacademy to your approved contacts list.

Note that if you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will not receive the new PE Power Pack emails.

ACA Certification Program

I purchased the course.  How do I log in and access it?

Step 1:  You should have received an email with the subject line “(Your Name), Your American Coaching Academy Certification“.

(Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from “American Coaching Academy”)

Step 2: This email contains your login information.  Enter the login credentials provided on the member login page.

Step 3: Upon logging into the members area, you will see a list of the courses and products you have purchased.  Click on the applicable title and you will be taken to the selected program’s homepage.

My course progress does not appear to be saved.

It may appear that your course progress is not being saved.  But don’t worry!  Each step you complete in the course is recorded, including your quiz answers and scores.

You can view your quiz scores at any time on the main index page of the certification course, by clicking on the arrow next to the course module title.  This will expand the module outline and show you what sections you have completed, along with any quiz scores (as well as attempts).

*NOTE: If you have completed your Performance Review and the “Submitting Answers” bar does not appear to complete or “gets stuck”, return to the main course index, and you should see that your quiz score is recorded to your student profile, and you can access the next module in the certification course.

I got a 404 error while working on the certification course.  What do I do?

Often times, a 404 error can be solved just by clicking the reload button on your web browser.

Another common cause of the 404 error is because your session has timed out.  For security reasons, session times are limited and if there is inactivity you will be automatically logged out of the Academy.

All of your course progress is tracked and marked as completed, so in the event that you are logged out, simply log back in and click on the “Continue My Course” button.

This will take you back to your last recorded position in the module.

If you find that your course progress is not updated on your main index list of modules, all you need to do is contact our support team using the Live Chat window below.  Be prepared to provide your username and password, and they will be able to ensure your progress is updated quickly and easily.

How do I print out my ACA certificate?

Upon completion of the Coaching Certification course, you will have the option to print out a certificate of completion.  You can do this in 2 ways:

OPTION 1:  On the main index page of the certification course, you will see an icon and link on the left hand index to “Certificate of Completion”.

NOTE: If you have not completed all of the modules required for course completion,  you will see the text “Complete courses to earn certificate”.  Review your course index to see what modules have been left incomplete.

OPTION 2:  On the main index page of the certification course, scroll down to the last module in the course module index (“Evaluation”).  You should see a certificate icon next to the module title.  Click on this icon to print your certificate.

(Click on the arrow next to “Evaluation” and the title will expand to show your quiz scores.)

How do I view my course scores?

You can view your quiz scores at any time on the main index page of the certification course, by clicking on the arrow next to the course module title.  This will expand the module outline and show you what sections you have completed, along with any quiz scores (as well as attempts).

I'm not sure how to progress through the course.  How do I move on to the next section or module?

One each page of the course, you should always see a “Continue” button of some form.

The only time you will NOT see a “Continue” button is if you have already completed the module.

You will most likely encounter this on a Key Terms page, because the next step in the module is the performance review quiz, which you have already completed.

If you want to review a Performance Review you have previously completed, you must access it from the Student Home Page.
