Just print, post and rotate! Perfect for experienced PE teachers, total newbies, or anyone in between.
Print out the station cards on 8.5 x 11 paper. Then post them around your gym, classroom or sports field.
Break up your class into groups of 2-5 students. Assign one group to each station.
After 2-3 minutes, blow your whistle, rotate to a new station and continue!
Each station card features a simple exercise to improve your students' strength, endurance and coordination.
All movements are based on the SHAPE America National PE Standards, which define what a student should know and be able to do as a result of a highly effective PE program.
You can use multiple stations to create a complete lesson plan. Or pick a single station and have your entire class participate together!
