Download and Print
Print out the Memory Cards on regular 8.5x11 paper or card stock. Cut each page in half so you have two matching cards. You can laminate or attach them to paper plates for extra durability.
Set Up The Game
Place the Memory Cards face down at one end of the gym. Divide your kids into teams and line them up, relay-race style. The first kid on each team runs to the Memory Cards and flips two of them over.
Heart-Pumping Fun!
If the cards match, bring them back and perform the fitness task! If they don't return to your team and let the next kid try. The team with the most matching cards at the end of the game wins!
