PURPOSE
This is a fun game with no winner, but one student is the guard (Grinch) who is trying to stop the deliveries of the presents to children. Everyone else is one of Santa's helpers delivering presents by trying to slide a bean bag into a hula hoop. Two kids are selected to retrieve the bean bags that miss the hula hoop. Once 5 bean bags get into the hula hoop, rotate a new guard and retrievers.
SETUP
Divide the room in half. Place a hula hoop on one side of the room with about 40-50 bean bags on the opposite side of the room. One child is asked to guard the hula hoop, 2 kids are retrievers. The rest of the kids are going to slide their bean bags from the opposite side of the room to the hula hoop.

INSTRUCTIONS
Choose one child to guard the hula hoop and prevent bean bags from going into the hula hoop.
Choose 2 kids who are retrievers whose job is to collect bean bags.
On 'go' the children will slide their bean bags across the room to the hula hoop being careful not to cross the middle 'tossing' line. They are trying to get their bean bags into the hula hoop.
The retrievers job is to get the bean bags that miss the hula hoop and bring them back to the children sliding them.
Once 5 bean bags get into the hula hoop, rotate guard and retrievers and strat the process again.
MODIFICATIONS
To make it harder, have two guards for the hula hoop
