GROUP SIZE

EQUIPMENT
None
SETUP
Spread the students out around the room and place them into small groups of 3 or 4. Make sure they have enough space to move about their area.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. When ready, the teacher will call out a word related emotions
2. For example, they may say the word “Happy.”
3. Once each group hears the word, they must form the first letter of the word with their bodies.
4. When completed, the teacher will call out another emotional word such as “Laugh.” The children would now have to form the letter “L” with their bodies.
VARIATIONS
Instead of putting the kids in groups, you can try to activity with each individual child making a letter using only their own body.
